Individual counselling for adults- I am a Registered Social Worker therapist specializing in anxiety and OCD. Serving adults.
Assessment and Intervention- I provide assessment and treatment for OCD and anxiety. You will learn skills and understand the anxiety or OCD loop with research proven CBT strategies and Mindfulness ACT tools. You can learn how to respond to anxiety and OCD in a different way. On average 6-8 sessions will provide a gamut of skills. Longer time frames are beneficial.
Individual sessions (60 minutes) take place in private with me- Offering video sessions.
